The Amver Anniversary Package

Pre Event Publicity

• Editorial: Lloyd's List will launch the Amver campaign in March 2008. A regular programme of announcements and feature stories will follow in the lead up to the event in July 2008. Individual award sponsors will receive logo recognition within the scheduled promotion.
  
  
• Online: The Lloyd's List website (www.lloydslist.com) will include a section specifically dedicated to the Amver 50th Anniversary. Features on this site will include a sponsors page including logos and hyperlinks, regular news updates on the Amver Anniversary week, table booking forms and venue information.
  
  
• Advertising: Logo recognition will feature on scheduled print advertising within Lloyd's List, sister maritime publications within Informa and international industry media partners. Sponsors' logos will also appear on all targeted email campaigns.
  
  
• Exhibitions: Copies of Lloyds List with specific event promotion have been scheduled for distribution at numerous maritime and transport related events running up to July 2008.
  
  

The Gala Dinner

Each award sponsor will be entitled to the following on the evening-:

• A table of ten places in preferential position. Sponsors will be offered a discount on extra tables if required.
  
  
• Logo exposure on video screens at regular intervals during the evening.
  
  
• Logo exposure on signage in the reception area and on stage
  
  
• Your company name will be quoted as an award sponsor by the Master of Ceremonies.
  
  
• Your company logo will be featured in the official menu, distributed to all guests on the evening.
  
  

Post Event Publicity

Editorial:

• In paper: A review of the salute to Amver gala dinner will appear in Lloyd's List immediately after the event.
  
  
• Magazine: A dedicated Amver supplement with a history of Amver and a pictorial review of the evening will be published and distributed to the entire circulation of Lloyds List immediately after the event.
  
  Event, platinum and gold sponsors will be given a full page colour advertisement to appear alongside the photograph of the sponsor's senior executive making their address or presenting the award to the winner or in a premier position.
  
  An extra 20 copies of the Amver anniversary supplement may be pre ordered for sponsors free of charge with additional print runs available upon request.
  
  
• Online: All sponsor representatives and award winners will be photographed and uploaded onto a photo gallery on the Amver website.
  
  
• CD ROM: Relevant photography of the evening will be provided for your own promotional purposes.
