Sponsorship Benefits:
Your sponsorship package is designed to compliment your existing marketing mix allowing you to generate over six months of international publicity and gain direct access to a highly targeted audience.
Pre event publicity:
- Editorial: Lloyd's List will launch the awards campaign in March 2009. A regular program of announcements and feature stories will follow in the lead up to event in October 2009. Individual award sponsors will receive logo recognition within all of this scheduled editorial promotion.
- Nomination Forms: Hard copies and PDF versions of the nomination forms will be available to sponsors to encourage their clients and supporting companies to enter.
- Online: The Lloyd's List website (www.lloydslist.com) will include a site specifically dedicated to the Asia awards. Features on this site will include a sponsor's page including logos, hyperlinks and a 100 word profile, category descriptions and award nomination criteria, online nomination facilities, regular awards news updates, table booking forms and venue information.
- Advertising: Logo recognition will feature on all scheduled print advertising within Lloyd's List, its sister maritime publications within Informa and regional industry publications. Sponsors logos will also appear on all targeted email campaigns.
- Exhibitions: Copies of Lloyd's List with specific award promotion have been scheduled for distribution at numerous transport and maritime related events within the next 12 months.
The Awards Night
Each sponsor will be entitled to the following on the evening-:
- A table of ten places at the awards evening
- A VIP meeting area at the pre dinner champagne reception with dedicated waiter service
- Your company logo and 100 word company profile will be featured in the official Awards 'Souvenir Programme & Menu' publication, distributed to all guests on the evening.
- Branding Signage: Your company name and logo will be featured on substantial signage throughout the event.
- Logo exposure on video screens at regular intervals during the evening.
- Your company name will be announced as the award sponsor by the Master of Ceremonies
- A nominated senior executive will be invited onto the stage to announce and greet the winner of your sponsored category.
- Your company name, as official sponsor, will be inscribed on the Award
Post Event Publicity
- Magazine: A dedicated LLOYD'S LIST ASIA AWARDS winner's magazine will be published and distributed to the entire circulation of Lloyd's List and all award attendees immediately after the event. Sponsors will be given a full page colour advertisement to appear alongside the sponsored category's judging criteria, a shortlist of the finalists and winners photograph.
- In Paper: A pictorial review of the evening will appear in Lloyd's List shortly after the awards night including photographs of the presenting sponsors with respective category winners.
- Online: All sponsor representatives and winners will be photographed and uploaded onto a photo gallery on the Lloyd's List Awards website
- CD ROM: Relevant photography of the awards evening will be provided for your own promotional purposes.
- Priority for the following year: You will be entitled to priority sponsorship reservation of the same category for the next year's event.
- Hall of Fame: Your award presentation photograph will be featured in the prestigious Hall of Fame at the future awards events, ensuring your sponsorship remains and integral part of the awards history.
