Pre event publicity:

• Awards Marketing Brochures - your Company Name and Logo will appear in all Awards brochures mailed worldwide in the lead-up to the event.
  
  
• Your Company Name and Logo will be printed on all advertisements and all other primary marketing material appearing in Lloyd's List and other supporting media publications in the lead-up to the event.
  
  
• Your Company Name will be included in extensive international coverage by Lloyd's List of the specific award categories.
  
  
• " Your Company Logo will appear as Award Sponsor on the Awards Website - with a reciprocal link to your Company Website.
  
  
• Exhibitions: Copies of Lloyd's List with specific award promotion have been scheduled for distribution at numerous transport and maritime related events within the next 12 months.
  
  

The Awards Night

Each sponsor will be entitled to the following on the evening-:

• A Representative of your Company will be invited to personally present the Award - to include an excellent photographic opportunity with the Award Winner, for publication in our special Italian Awards Review Magazine.
  
  
• Your Company Name, as Official Sponsor, will be inscribed on the Award.
  
  
• Your Company will receive One Complimentary Table for 10 dinner guests, located in a priority position.
  
  
• Your Company Name & Logo will be featured on the Award Category overhead slide presentation, during presentation of the Award.
  
  
• Your Company Name and Logo will be featured on substantial signage in the reception area and on-stage in the banqueting room.
  
  
• Your Company Name and Logo will be featured in our "Hall of Fame" on attractive banners which will present a history of the Awards Event and which will include photographs of presentations to past winners.
  
  
• Your Company Name will be quoted as Award Sponsor by the Master of Ceremonies.
  
  
• Your Company Logo and 100 word Company Profile will be featured in the Official Awards 'Souvenir Programme & Menu' publication, distributed to all guests on the evening.
  
  

Post Event Publicity

• Your Company's A4 Advertisement (valued at €6,400) will appear in our Italian Shipping Awards Review Magazine, alongside your photograph presentation to the winner. The magazine will be published shortly after the event. Your Company Name will appear in the post Awards editorial coverage in Lloyd's List.
  
  
• Your award presentation photograph will be entered in our "Hall of Fame", permanently reflecting your Company's sponsorship.
  
  
• Your Company's role as Award Sponsor will continue to be reflected on our Awards website (updated to include the 2008 winners and photographs) until it is refreshed during 2009 for the following year's awards.
  
  
• You will be entitled to Priority Sponsorship Reservation for the 2009 Italian Shipping Awards Event.
