Atwood Oceanics options second rig from Jurong

Atwood, which owns a fleet of rigs, earlier this year ordered a similar semi-submersible from Jurong.

ATWOOD Oceanics has conditionally exercised an option for a second semi-submersible rig at Jurong Shipyard.

The rig would be an ultra-deepwater semi-submersible drilling rig to be built based on the Friede & Goldman Ex-D Millennium Dynamically Positioned design.
