Dry bulk still feeling good about outlook

WITH an orgy of self-congratulation following the Olympic Games, a bank holiday in the UK and many brokers still enjoying their own summer holidays, the start of this week added up to a perfect storm guaranteed to flatten the dry bulk market, writes Nigel Lowry.
