EAGLE Bulk Shipping chief executive Sophocles Zoullas says there are no opportunities to buy assets in the dry bulk market because ship values are rising.

However, the situation could change rapidly, and Mr Zoullas unveiled a plan designed to position his company to pounce at the right time.
