MOVES to secure a government-backed “European solution” for cruise and ferry shipbuilding appear to be progressing swiftly.

Sources within the Finnish government have told Lloyd’s List that the French president’s office has approached them in connection with talks on securing European cruise and ferry shipbuilding.
