Keppel Offshore in line to lose orders worth $871m

Keppel Singmarine shipyard: Keppel said that contracts signed earlier this year for pair of jack-up rigs for Seadrill, a semi-submersible rig for Scorpion Offshore and multi-functional support vessel for Ezra unit Lewek Shipping, were under review.

OFFSHORE vessel and rig owners are trying to cancel more than $870m of orders at Keppel Offshore and Marine to reduce their debt as credit lines have been tightened.
