Ransom pictures a fluke, says US Navy

US NAVAL forces have suggested that luck, rather than 24-hour surveillance or knowledge of any negotiations, allowed them to photograph the exact moment a ransom payment was made for a hijacked tanker in Somalia, writes Michelle Wiese Bockmann.
