Skaugen’s Singapore springboard

I M SKAUGEN chief executive Morits Skaugen says the Norwegian shipowner is building up its presence in Singapore as a springboard for Asia.

Although the company has had a representative presence in Singapore since the early 1990s, only this year has it set up an ownership operation in the republic under Norgas Carriers.
