Coastguard vessels and tug to assist Petrozavodsk salvage

THREE vessels sentto assist a Russian reefer that has grounded in the Barents Sea in the Arctic are due to arrive at the scene shortly.

The 1,287 dwt Petrozavodsk ran onto rocks south of Bear Island, which is between Svalbard and the North Norwegian coastline.
