Owners seek clarity over EU ports sulphur ruling

THERE is growing concern over the lack of clarity regarding enforcement of the port sulphur limits in Europe.
From January 1 all ships must use fuel with a sulphur content of less than 0.1% when in a European port. However it is unclear how the rules will be enforced.
