Iran-linked tanker joins new ‘fake’ registry of Guinea as flagging fraud escalates
Registry’s website has all the hallmarks of being fake, according to maritime law expert
Product tanker Pulmonis signalled it had reflagged to Guinea from the Cook Islands three days ago. It joins more than 30 tankers that have targeted Eswatini, Mongolia, Honduras, Guyana, Sudan and Sierra Leone in the past three months.
