Nearly half of Russia fuel oil assessed above G7 price cap shipped on Western tonnage
Over November, 46% of the 19m barrels of fuel oil exported from Russia was on Greece-owned tankers, while the assessed price averaged 18.6% above the cap, based on data from Vortexa, Argus Media and Lloyd’s List Intelligence
