Crowley appoints mining executive Jenny Fuss as CFO
Fuss replaces Crowley veteran Dan Warner who left the company in the autumn
Prior to joining Crowley, Fuss was the finance chief at global mining services and equipment company Boart Longyear
CROWLEY has named Jenny Fuss, a former mining executive, as its chief financial officer.
Fuss brings “extensive expertise in management and analysis using data-driven strategies that drive increased profitability and financial effectiveness”, the company said in an announcement. She has more than 20 years of experience as an executive for global financial institutions.
Prior to joining the US shipping giant Crowley, Fuss was the finance chief at Boart Longyear, a global mining services and equipment company. She has also served as divisional CFO and later as vice-president of global financial services and systems at Eaton Corporation.
“Jenny’s financial expertise and people-first approach to leadership will help drive high performance, profitability and enterprise transformation at Crowley,” said Crowley chief executive and president Tom Crowley.
“Her experience leading financial innovation in multiple organisations aligns well with our company’s long-term vision for customer-focused growth and our strategies to maximise economic value as a business.”
Crowley’s former CFO Dan Warner left the company in the autumn to pursue other opportunities, a spokesperson told Lloyd’s List.
