Dual-fuel vessel deliveries set to peak in 2025, led by containerships and vehicle carriers
- A total of 292 ships capable of operating on alternative fuels are due to be delivered by the end of this year, up from 198 vessels in 2024
- They include 126 containerships and 60 pure car and truck carriers
- Some 75% of newbuilding deliveries in 2025 capable of alternative-fuel operations are of LNG dual-fuel specification
