Wuhu Shipyard to revive defunct Rongsheng assets in $147m expansion

  • Wuchuan (Nantong), a joint venture led by Wuhu Shipyard, plans a $147m upgrade of two drydocks at the former Rongsheng Heavy Industries site in Rugao, Jiangsu
