RELATED TO THE COLLISION BETWEEN THE MV VERITY AND MV POLESIE ON 24 OCTOBER, 2023

Notice is hereby given to all persons claiming and/or being entitled to make claims by reason of the collision between the M/V “VERITY” (IMO No. 9229178) and the M/V “POLESIE” (IMO No. 9488097) on 24 October 2023 in international waters 14 nautical miles southwest of Heligoland at approximate position 54.02583N. 7.64194E. that:

1. A decree was made on the 14 May 2024 in the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man Claim No. ORD 24/0002, on the application of the Owners of the Vessel M/V “VERITY”, Casper Chartering Limited (the “Claimant”) limiting the liability of the Claimant for claims of a type which fall within the provisions of the Convention on Maritime Claims 1976 (as amended by the 1996 Protocol thereto) to 1,240,400 Special Drawing Rights.
2. Any application to set aside the said decree must be made on or before 23 July 2024.
3. Any claims of a type which fall within the Convention on Maritime Claims 1976 (as amended by the 1996 Protocol thereto) must be made in this action on or before the 23 July 2024.
4.
