Industry welcomes IMO sulphur cap decisions
The shipping industry's biggest shipowner organisations claim to be satisfied with the outcome of sulphur cap negotiations at the International Maritime Organization this week. The organisation's environmental authority agreed to ban the carriage for use of non-compliant fuels and struck a significant compromise on a proposed experience-building phase post-2020.
