Ukraine and Russia spar at IMO
The International Maritime Organization likes to avoid political conflict. But its Maritime Safety committee could not escape the Ukraine-Russia dispute. The countries blamed each other for the recent violent incident in the Kerch Strait. Other countries however strongly condemned Russia for what they see as unprovoked aggression
