The US will not delay sulphur cap implementation
The US will enforce the International Maritime Organization’s sulphur cap regulations just as it has enforced the emission control area zones already in place along the US coasts, Admiral John Nadeua told the CMA Shipping 2019 audience on Tuesday, effectively ending lingering hopes of a US delay to the imposition of the internationally enforced red tape that takes hold in 2020
