Ex-Sembmarine official charged in Brazil over rig contracts

The Ministério Público Federal in Brazil has filed charges against Martin Cheah Kok Choon, formerly president of its Brazil unit Estaleiro Jurong Aracruz, and also money laundering charges against Guilherme Esteves de Jesus. Sembmarine said that these charges have been filed against Mr Cheah and Mr Jesus in their personal capacities
