Malaysia’s Port of Tanjung Pelepas throughput rose 8% last year
Growth was driven by exceptional demand caused by the pandemic and supply chain dislocation. The port was able to react quickly to handle the surge in extra transhipment call volume due to the increased demand in Asia and Europe, as well as requests from customers to increase their throughput
