Shipowner 'shocked' by US sanctions listing

Six of the seven tankers owned by Palermo-based PB Tankers have been added to a Specially Designated Nationals list, along with the company, after Washington extended sanctions to cover companies involved in shipping oil to Cuba from Venezuela.
