Maersk said to be considering sale of Rotterdam terminal
Danish giant is evaluating whether to sell off its Maasvlakte I terminal in Europe’s largest port Rotterdam or modernise the facility as its concession nears expiry. If opting for the former, the group would consolidate box business at the newer Maasvlakte 2 terminal.
Maasvlakte I is the older of two terminals at the Dutch port owned and operated by Maersk through APM Terminals
